Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

By creating an account and using Rank Pulse, you agree to the terms below.

The service

Rank Pulse tracks how real AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews) mention, cite, and rank your brand in response to prompts you define, and surfaces real, actionable recommendations based on that data.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the brand information you submit. One tenant (organization) can have multiple members with different roles (owner, admin, member, viewer) — the owner is responsible for managing who has access.

Third-party AI engines

Visibility and citation data comes from real calls to third-party AI providers, using API keys you (or your plan) configure. We don't control those providers' uptime, rate limits, or answer content — a provider's own outage or quota limit can delay or reduce the data we can show you for that engine.

Automated actions

Some features (the Automation group) can propose fixes to your site and, once you explicitly approve them, publish a change to a connected CMS. Nothing publishes without your approval, and every automated change is logged with a before-state snapshot so it can be rolled back.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to attack, scrape, or disrupt third-party systems (including the AI engines or websites it connects to), and don't share your account access outside your own organization's members.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms as the product changes; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time via the contact form.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” AI-generated scores and recommendations are estimates based on real underlying data, not guarantees of search ranking, sales, or any other outcome.
